at the Leon d'Oro. There are two different spaces for
your business. Two styles, two types of meeting halls, both of
them offet the highest standards of comfort, propose and high
technology. Both guarantee successful for conventioss,
conferences and business meetings.
The ground floor has the largest rooms of the Meeting Centre:
the Mascagni Hall, an attractive space that can
accommodate up to 300 people. It is perfect for conventions and
conferences with a large number of participants. The
Ponchielli Room is a magnificently and elegantly decorated
room with a capacity to accommodate up to 90 people and is
divisible into two separate rooms. This room offers a uniquie,
classic style, perfect for prestigious, large-scale congventions
and business events. Both rooms offer large spaces that can be
used both for coffee breaks and for a dedicated check-in area.
On the second floor there is a completely different type of
Business Centre and was just recently finished. Here you'll
find 7 hi-tech rooms in and an office available, all illuminated
by natural light. All the rooms in this area are equipped with "cabins"
that are perfect to be used as a coatroom, as a tech booth for
coordinating media programs, or as a refreshment area.
Just outside the meeting rooms, you will find a lounge area
which can be arranged accordingly, with an Internet point for
guests and two plasma screens for showing presentations. All of
the rooms for conventions and conferences at the Leon d'Oro
are equipped with video projector, overhead projector, flip
chart, DVD, VHS, miking and amplification, dais, ADSL
connection. The smaller rooms have a plasma TV instead of a
projector.
Furthermore, you can count on the professional experience of the
hotel staff for more detailed requests and for custom
installations. The Salgari Restaurant, gets its name from
the famous novelist from Verona. Here you will find carefully
prepared meals traditionally Verona style. The local duck and
pheasant in a peppery Peverada sauce, yummy pasta called bigoli,
potato gnocchi, "drunken" cheese or smoked ricotta, all
accompanied by a rich selection of the finest regional wines.
Le Opere American Bar is a perfect meeting place before
an evening performance at Verona's world-famous Arena or after a
